Create an Azure Monitor Connection

One Connection covers all Azure Monitor alerts that target its webhook URL — point as many alert rules at it as you want. Multiple Connections only needed if you want different recipients per group of alert rules.

Azure Monitor alerts get delivered to everyone selected, in escalation order. Groups expand to their current members at notification time. Teams/Slack channel posts deliver to that channel on their own — they don't depend on the per-user “Channels to use” checkboxes below.
